David spent 23 years in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering consulting business before joining the American Mechanical Team in 2021. David was the engineer of record on numerous high-profile projects which include Houston Conoco Phillips Campus, BBVA Compass Plaza, and American Airlines Headquarters. He has expertise in high rise office building, central plant construction and renovation, data centers, warehouses, and condominiums. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Florida. David is actively involved in the American Society of Plumbing Engineers and was the past President of the Houston chapter. When not in the office, David enjoys golfing, sporting events, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Office Manager
Sam has been with American mechanical for 11 years. She operates the business side of the Corporation to include Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, Information Technology, and the gamut of all other administrative tasks. She has degrees in teaching and theater from Oklahoma State University and Friends University. Sam taught High School English and participated in the performing arts prior to coming to American Mechanical. Sam has a passion for veterans and sits on the Board of Governors at the American Legion Post 136. She is also passionate about fostering unwanted, abandoned, and surrendered dogs ensuring they find a new family. Sam also enjoys reading and do it yourself projects/crafts.
